Every day is a wonderful experience as the owner of Shear Perfection Salon and Spa because of the talented and dedicated professionals who work within both buildings. As a former cosmetologist and current school psychologist I have continuously observed the impact of each cosmetologist’s individualized skills upon their satisfied clients whether it is a hair, or eyelash service. Hello, my name is Suzanne, hair is something I’ve always loved playing with starting as a young kid, why my dolls were always bald,lol. I often tell people, ” it’s not a job it’s a passion.” I feel very lucky to wake up and truly enjoy going to work and being able to still do so. It sounds so cliche but I promise you that, if you decide to meet me, you will know by the time you leave it is true.

over the many years I have continued to keep that spark of excitement for all things hair alive by continually learning exciting new trends and techniques. I have taken several classes throughout my time as a stylist and am certified in Matrix Hair Color, SoCap, Donna Bella, Babe Hair, and Flaunt by Paul Mitchell Hair Extensions.

I am truly passionate about my profession. I began my career in the hair industry in 2006, and have grown to love it more every year. I pour my heart into each visit, making a point to really listen to what each client wants- or doesn’t want their hair to look like. There is so much more to this job than just “doing hair.” I sincerely enjoy my time spent with my clients, making connections, and getting to know people on a personal level. I offer hair services for men, women and children, and I specialize in women’s haircuts, color, balayage and foilyage techniques as well as eyebrow waxing. My expertise includes a variety of haircutting techniques to maximize your features and lifestyle, hair coloring, which includes specialized highlighting techniques. Amy Sutliff

I have over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. I pursued my career while still in high school because I was already deeply motivated by my desire to help people feel their best. On a regular basis, I strive to stay current on all the trends by attending both online and in person. My specialties include precision hair cutting, balayage, color corrections, and up styling. I love to listen to my clients and help them achieve their hair goals while making them laugh and feel comfortable in my chair. At this time, I am accepting new clients by referral only.

Taylor Clifford

Hello beautiful angels! Let me introduce myself, I’m Taylor and I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2012. I am licensed here in NYS and also licensed and trained in California. I consistently work to stay up to date with my education because I know this beautiful industry is always changing. Creating looks for my guests that they love and hanging with my pups are two of my most favorite things. With my love of hair and makeup, along with my love of animals, I’ve put the time into researching every product so you can rest assured that every product used in my chair is cruelty free. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1999. Born and raised in Liverpool and have spent my entire career in the Liverpool area. My full menu ranges from body waxing to custom treatments for skin types of all kinds, including the most sensitive ones.
